"they may afford suitable assistance." The Ministry
"of Finance would observe that the above provisions
"exactly coincide with the measures suggested on the
"present occasion by His Majesty's Minister, and that
"the Regulations in question have some time ago been
"communicated to all Customs stations by circular
"orders for action accordingly, as is on record"
